The wife and I went on a date night to Kevin Rico and absolutely loved it. The food was fantastic and at a reasonable price. The service and atmosphere was also 5 stars
The seafood is absolutely amazing. Love getting crawfish when it's in season and the snow crab all year round.
I give five stars to the oysters... best I've had in a while... great lil place to hang out and watch some tv or sports and get your oyster on! I'm sure the rest of the food is good as soon someday I'll get to see.. but I was next door to do laundry and walked over to a great lil spot... check it out.. we'll worth it... oh, and the bartender/server was great and very hospitable!! The place is immaculate, guess I should have stayed off Fantasy Football and took more pics than my indulgence in my snack!!
Best salt and pepper chicken in the city! Hands down I get this meal everytime I'm in port Arthur. The spices are on point and their tartar sauce is homemade and sooooo good. Everything on their menu is delicious. And they're very kind people.

I will say that Kevin Rico doesn't look like much. Low on looks and great on taste isn't always a bad thing. A couple of stand out superstars on the menu, the salt and pepper shrimp, chicken wings and the Vietnamese egg rolls were excellent. As were the bacon wrapped shrimp with fried Cajun rice. Cool casual spot with a friendly hard working staff. Drop by if your ever down in Port Arthur, you'll be glad you did.
I don't know why the ratings are at 3.5 stars when this place is hands down delicious! They cook your food fresh and hot to order so do expect a little bit of a wait. Order in to eliminate wait time. Unfortunately, oysters were out for the day so I wasn't able to try them. Instead, I had the salt and pepper 10 piece shrimp with fries. Their fries are the bomb if you like crispy fries! Fries and shrimp come out with green onion and red chili flakes as standard which definitely adds to the goodness. My fiancé ordered the sweet and spicy wings that comes super crisp with more than extra sauce! Sauce is perfect to texture and definitely plenty enough to dip your fries in. I recommend this spot and will return to try their oysters!
